a friend of mine, someone from another world-- she's mentioned that wonderland feels anomalous sometimes.

people talk about it as if it's an entity but i never got that feeling. wonderland seems like a broken system to me.

it's chaotic. any patterns people talk about are just the natural habit of a creature looking to apply meaning to something. the only real pattern is the chaos.

the only real trend is the events and memory erasing. it's entirely possible that none of this is real at all. maybe nobody ever goes home.

it's not an uncommon theory when i come from. it crops up in pop culture when people start talking about weird science, usually.

it's the idea that since we can't disprove it, our entire reality could just be a simulation. there's no real way to tell we're not all brains in jars.
or i guess mainframes in jars, maybe, haha

If it was a simulation they would be able to alter what we remember. Or how we physically were.

it's not really about what i believe. it's more about keeping in mind that we don't know so much more than we know, to me.

that's ok-- tbh that's kind of the point. it's more about keeping in mind what reality means to you, based on your experiences. i'm as real as i need to be.

I know that I'm real, and that my life was spent on the Waverider.
How real are these other lives? Are they possibilities or simply fabrications?

The experiences.
The length of my life.

right but i mean quantifiable. if that event never ended, you could argue the same point from that perspective.

If it never ended it would be the only reality that I remembered. This question or conversation wouldn't have happened.
